Once upon this modern era…
I absentmindedly haven’t posted for about two weeks passed. Actually, I did forget to do the recap of my bookish and non-bookish life. I did file though some of my last activities but as much as I can recollect, the moment will not be there or the thoughts I have to add in case I forget to write it on my physical notes – mental notes might be blurred since school stuff is a certain factor for it.
Anyway, I will just bullets the past blog posts and what notes I have written for the past weeks. Let’s see.
June 25, 2017:
◊ Book mails: Awakened by Igor Max; Iris by Andrew Gates; The Intuitives by Erin Michelle Sky & Steven Brown (ARC)
◊ Review of Cry of the Sea by D.G. Driver
◊ First day of being a 4th-year college student and it was grandeur 😀
July 2, 2017:
◊ I’ve been accepted as a blog tour host in What To Say Next PH Blog Tour #WTSNPHBlogTour. I already finished reading it and I will just post my review for it when the schedule is near.
◊ Editing of the essential kit for the Release Blitz of Nostalgic Rain was quite hard yet exciting since I’ve been using my skills and I think honing it. The release of Nostalgic Rain happened and I was pleased my efforts were appreciated. Mr. Altabtabai was really cooperative and supportive that’s why I push to help him promote his book. By that, I thank him.
◊ The book challenges I joined in from Instagram ended and I was sort of feel accomplished since I did really complete it throughout the end. Yey! I was glad I decided to try my best in all prep every day.
I hauled another book from my fave book store which you would already guess or not. I found this book, Rootless by Chris Howard and it was the first book in the series – I assume it was just standalone but sad to say I was wrong – no worries anyway, I will look for other in the series if I’m lucky to find them.
I posted my newest section which is the Author Interview and I’m really happy, Ms. Mallory McCartney was very kind and generous to give me some time in interviewing her even only virtually. Because of the time difference, I just made my pre-questions to her thru Instagram Direct Message. She sent the answers thru email. I have a fun time reading the answers that look like I manage to talk to her directly. This is my first time so I already planning for the next. By the way, you can look for my interview with Mallory McCartney here.
I have posted my new review about Awakened – first book in The Mind Agents Series – by Igor Max. The story is great and the characters were interesting. I feel attached for Jack and I’m looking forward to his development in the next book. The book review is up here.
That’s it for this week.
…and this week goes that way.
Thanks for reading and passing by.
